• Congregational Leadership. To take a key leadership role in the two worship services at Connor’s Hill and the overall vision and direction of the whole congregation as we seek to become worshipers, servants and missionaries together.
• Discipleship. To work along with the staff team to develop, improve and lead discipleship strategy for the congregation overall with a specific focus on those over the age of 18.
• Care. To be a true pastor to the people of Central by being available and sharing life in real ways as well as identifying and organizing others who share in this role.
• Leadership Development. To identify, equip, organize, motivate and encourage leaders for ministry throughout the church and play a key role in developing the vision and strategy for overall leadership development.

Renaissance CommunityChurch is a vibrant evangelical church on the south side of Edmonton, Alberta. Sunday attendance averages 140 (adults and children).

Park Meadows Baptist Church is a vibrant evangelical church located in the city of Lethbridge in the
southern region of Alberta, Canada. Sunday attendance averages 550 (adults and children).

We sense that the Lead Pastor God is choosing for Park Meadows Baptist Church will have a collaborative, developmental, mentoring style of leadership with a passion for people and for God's work in and through the local church. He will have strong communication skills (both in the pulpit and interpersonally), a passion for developing new leaders, a heart for personal evangelism and evangelism through community service and the ability to inspire others to walk more deeply with our Creator.
