Coaching

 Every pastor and leader can benefit from coaching. It is our desire to develop a coaching network broad enough that every NAB pastor has the opportunity to avail themselves of a coach.

• It is our desire to see all NAB coaches receive additional training in the Irreducible Core of the church, so that every pastor might be supported in the work of Ministry Multiplication.
• We also offer coaches with a special emphasis on church planting to our church planting pastors and spouses.

We invite you to participate in a number of ways.

1. Request a coach for your own life and ministry.
2. Request coach training to serve others in this way.
3. Become a coach mentor who coaches those in coach training (certain standards of excellence are required).
4. Become a church planting coach specialist (certain standards of excellence PLUS church planting experience are required).
