Administrative Assistant to VP of Ministry Advancement and Church Multiplication, NAB

NAB’s International Office is now a remote work environment, and Stu Streeter, our VP of Ministry Advancement and Church Multiplication, is searching for a new administrative assistant. You’ll be neck deep in planning Stu’s travel calendar, supporting our growing church planter community, organizing details, and keeping Stu on track and on time.

Major Responsibilities include:

  1. Assist the Vice President of Ministry Advancement and Church Multiplication with all scheduling, travel, and expense reimbursement processing.
  2. Maintain and update Church Planting Agreements and Church Planter database in Trello.
  3. Initial point of contact and main administrator for our church planter’s FIT Assessment process.
  4. Fulfillment of mailing advancement pieces and general mail for the International Office.
  5. Access, maintain, and analyze donor info from financial databases.
  6. Construct and produce analytical reports that help assess the effectiveness of fundraising activities, specifically Intent to Give process.
  7. Coordinate all aspects of the annual Church Planter’s Summit, including on-site responsibilities during the event.
  8. Main point of contact for scheduling projects with contract designers and print broker(s).

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Has good verbal and written communication skills, with customer service orientation.
  • Possesses analytical skills.
  • Is organized and able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Is able to pick up and learn technological systems with relative ease and confidence.
  • Is able to be a self-starter and work with minimal direction.
