Loan Assistant – Church Investors Fund

Church Investors Fund is a not-for-profit Christian financial organization seeking a full-time individual to handle various loan activities. Applicant must have a strong work ethic, be very personable, enjoy interacting with clients over the phone, be well organized, and be strong at multi-tasking.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the department manager in the analysis of loan applicants.
  • Assist the department manager in processing, documenting, and filing loan documentation.
  • Be primarily responsible for the renewal of matured loans.
  • Review loan documentation for accuracy.
  • Assist in the set-up and processing loan payments and statements.
  • Assist in obtaining necessary insurance information and financial statements from loan clients.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of company lending programs, policies, and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Is committed to biblical faith in Jesus Christ.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university (preferred); or one to two years’ related experience or training in financial field; or equivalent combination.
  • Must be a detailed person.
  • Must enjoy interacting with clients over the phone.
  • Has familiarity with general office procedures.
  • Must be local or have the ability to relocate to the Elk Grove, California, area. Work is in person only.

Special Notes

This is a full-time job paying $22–$27 per hour. Benefits include a 401(k) and paid time off.
