Senior Pastor – Victor Baptist Church

Victor Baptist Church in Victor, Iowa, is looking for the man God would bring to us to lead our church during this next season of ministry. As our previous pastor, Dan Andrews, has now taken on the role of regional minister for the Upper Mississippi Region, of which Victor Baptist is a part, we are seeking to fill the role of senior pastor. Victor, Iowa, is a small town in central Iowa with a population a little less than 900. Our congregation is roughly 125 in total.

According to the church constitution, the purpose of Victor Baptist shall be the advancement of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. We seek to attain this end through the public worship of God, observing the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper, the preaching of the Gospel, consistent Christian living by our members, personal evangelism, missionary endeavor, Christian education, and Christian fellowship.

Requirements and Qualifications

We would prefer someone with seminary training.
