Dear Family and Friends

This summer has been a busy and rewarding time for our work here. More than 20 NEW students have come to our BBQ’s and to our Conversation Corner that we started on campus at UVU in June. Many of the students were asking for Conversation Cafe to continue through the summer so I went on campus and we had several new students join us!

Throughout the summer our schedule continued with activities. Staying in touch with students both on campus and through various events has proved to be a great success.

From mid-April until the end of May we led an outreach, “The HOPE” – it’s a study of the key redemptive acts of God throughout the Bible. The two who completed it made important life decisions.

This fall, we’ll again start up our Conversation Cafe. We need wisdom on when to hold these events. Having volunteers are a major factor in all these decisions. Also, we will offer a weekend retreat with the focus on the person of Jesus – there’s much misunderstanding in the culture we live.

There are possibly 4 training seminars in N. America this fall. Pray that these will come together & hearts will open for reaching internationals.

Many of the workers here lose heart and get very discouraged. The attacks of the enemy are real and fierce – we need your prayers! Pray for the breakdown of strongholds and victory over the darkness in this place of ministry. The state of Utah is truly a mission field as great as any on earth.
