Olympic View Baptist Church (OVBC) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of senior pastor. OVBC is affiliated with the North American Baptist Conference. OVBC is located in University Place, Washington, near Tacoma. The church currently has a Sunday morning attendance of approximately 85.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Accepted Jesus Christ as personal Savior
• Called to pastoral ministry
• Ordained or be qualified for ordination by the NAB
• Meet the qualifications of an Elder as described in the OVBC Constitution (available on the OVBC website)
• A Bible degree from an accredited institution (prefer master of Divinity or equivalent)
• Experience as lead/senior pastor in a church that has grown through the 200-plus attendance level is preferred, or significant responsibilities as a staff member of a larger church
