On Mission in North America

What is “North American Missions”?

North American Missions includes all of the efforts of the NAB within Canada and the US that enable NAB churches to better equip their congregations to be a missionary people in North America. These efforts include church planting, leadership formation, and missional training.

A Missionary God for a Missionary People

North American Baptists have a strong history as a missionary people, but that means much more than just sending missionaries to other countries. Just as God sent His Son as a missionary, every follower of God is also a missionary in our own communities and neighborhoods. It is often up to us to be the only representative of Jesus that some of our neighbors will ever meet.

There are many ways for you to join God on mission in North America. Here you will find just some of the formal ways you can connect with where God is already at work.
