Worship Director – The Grove Church

The Grove Church desires to worship our Lord Jesus Christ to honor His deity, glorify His name, and make disciples of Jesus as He commissioned. We are looking for a passionate worshipper, a biblically grounded Christ follower, and a musically gifted individual to lead the worship team and our congregation under the direction of our Senior Pastor.

This is a part-time position at 10 hours a week. The primary role of the Worship Director is to lead and coordinate all aspects of a church’s worship services, including planning, song selection, and leading the congregation in spiritual acts of worship.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Oversee participant recruitment and scheduling of teams involved in serving in the worship ministry.
• Collaborate with the Senior Pastor to plan and execute weekly worship services and special events.
• Recruit, support worship team members and communicate regularly.
• Oversee the maintenance of all musical instruments owned by the church.

Compensation

• This role will have a starting salary of $12,000 per year.
