Lead Pastor – Quail Lakes Baptist Church

After almost 25 years of ministry at Quail Lakes Baptist Church, our Senior Pastor is retiring from that position effective May 31, 2026. We are seeking the person who will serve the congregation as the primary spiritual leader of the church, responsible for preaching, vision casting, staff leadership, and overall ministry direction. He will be a proven expositor preacher, visionary leader, and a capable organizational manager who equips the church to fulfill its mission of winning and building, passionate life-long followers of Jesus Christ. This is a full-time position, with medical and dental benefits, vacation, holidays, and contributions to the 403(b) retirement program.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Born-again believer in Jesus Christ
• Growing as a disciple in Christ personally
• Ability to train and manage teams of people in order that they work together toward a desired end result
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a local church
• Master of Divinity (MDiv) or equivalent theological training preferred
• Ordination
• Strong character consistent with 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1
• Spiritual gifts of administration, leadership, evangelism
• Gifted expository preacher of the Word
