McDougall Worship Coordinator – Central Baptist Church
The Worship Coordinator will help lead, organize, and develop the worship ministry at McDougall. This includes leading worship vocally and/or instrumentally, scheduling volunteers, preparing teams for Sunday services, and helping create a worship culture that is spiritually attentive, musically thoughtful, and pastorally sensitive.
This role will involve recruiting, encouraging, and developing worship leaders, musicians, vocalists, and tech volunteers. The coordinator will build strong relationships with volunteers, communicate clearly, and work closely with the McDougall Site Pastor and other Central worship leaders.
The Worship Coordinator will also help with the practical organization of worship services, including Planning Center scheduling, song preparation, rehearsal planning, and coordination with sound, media, and livestream volunteers as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a growing relationship with Jesus, a heart for the local church, and a sense of calling to serve in worship ministry. They should be musically gifted, spiritually mature, relationally warm, organized, teachable, dependable, and able to work well with a team. They should have relevant ministry experience, and post-secondary education is preferred but not required.
They will affirm Central’s Statement of Beliefs, support Central’s vision and values, and participate in appropriate staff rhythms, coaching, and meetings as directed by the McDougall Site Pastor.
