Associate Pastor – First Baptist Church of Minitonas

First Baptist Church in Minitonas, Manitoba, is looking for a part-time (20 hrs/week) associate pastor. This position will primarily have you working with youth and doing community outreach. This position will require a highly motivated person who works well with others and who has a passion to see the next generation reached with the truth of the Gospel.

Our church has 100–120 people attending on Sunday, with 50 of those being children and youth under the age of 18. There is a great opportunity to help disciple the next generation of young people in our church, and we believe the right person could help us do that.

Requirements and Qualifications

A Bible school degree is preferred for this position, and youth ministry experience is an asset.
