Where Women Rise & Lead

Do you sense God is calling you to serve in the church? Do you struggle with what it means to be a female leader? Do you feel unqualified or like your past is holding you back from reaching your potential?

Please join us At the Well.

Women’s Connection is launching our pilot of this training and equipping program in British Columbia, Canada, in Winter/Spring of 2026. It is designed for those already working in the church (paid or lay leader) or considering vocational ministry. Working through three modules, our team will address the common challenges that leaders face, including the care of our spiritual lives, understanding the biblical foundations for leading within the church, and leading well out of our identity in Christ. At the Well is an affordable opportunity that includes personal coaching to explore your God-given calling with like-minded women, both in-person and online.

January 13, 2026 – Zoom Gathering Launch
February 6–8 – In-Person Retreat (British Columbia’s Lower Mainland area)
March 3 – Zoom Gathering
March 31 – Zoom Gathering
April 21 – Zoom Gathering
May 2 – In-Person, One-Day Retreat
