Kairos Virtual Gathering Recap

Cornerstone

The placement of the “cornerstone” or “foundation stone” in the ground is a powerful image as we are visually reminded of Christ as the true cornerstone. This is a customary service in Romania for any building project, but it was particularly special recently as our NAB missionaries in Romania set the cornerstone on Camp Falcon Rock’s main lodge on July 12. This powerful ceremony brought the entire Hungarian Baptist Convention of Romania to Camp Falcon Rock to celebrate.

Church Plant in a Pandemic

On January 26, Citywalk Church in Yuba City, California, celebrated its first birthday as a church, with gratitude for all God had done in 2019 and anticipation for what he would do in 2020. Momentum was building, new families were getting connected, and doors were opening. Then on March 12, everything changed.
