The Ministry Resource Fund is the supply line through which pastors, missionaries, and leaders receive missional and formational training through Ethos and the Blue Ocean. The Ministry Resource Fund provides for pastoral care; allows for resources such as Onward to exist; supports webinars, which foster discussions on spiritual leadership; and opens the doors for the planting of new churches in communities throughout Canada and the United States.
