The New NAB CFO

We are delighted to announce that, as of July 2026, the new Chief Financial Offer and Vice President of Ministry Support is Reid Kisling. Reid hails from Dundee, Oregon, where he lives with his family, and he is a member and founding elder of Hope Fellowship in Hillsboro, Oregon, an NAB church.

In addition to a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, a ThM in Pastoral Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Oregon Institute of Technology, Reid also brings more than twenty years of experience in higher education administration, nonprofit leadership, and ministry contexts at the intersection of organizational health and mission effectiveness.

Since 2014, he has served as president of ARM Ministries, an international missions organization, where he helped manage fund accounting, designated giving, donor compliance, and missionary support disbursements in exactly the kind of mission-driven environment the NAB operates in every day.

Reid notes that he is genuinely excited to join the NAB Executive Team and looks forward to working with the rest of the NAB staff.

Additionally, we are pleased to share that the outgoing CFO, Richard Brown, will be continuing on with the NAB in a limited role, assisting in various projects and helping to orient Reid as his successor. For the past eleven years, Richard has served the NAB well, showing not only great proficiency and competency in his role but also a deep love for the NAB and for God and his work. We are thankful for his service and commitment.
